Prepare Annual Housekeeping budget
Inventories with Accounts and stores for Linen, Uniform and Fixed assets.
Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
Preparation of MIS reports
Attending and resolving guest complaints
Implement, effectively, all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health and Safety and security
Plan control and supervise thematic decoration in the hotel
To ensure that all VIP rooms are checked and a proper record and checklist to be maintained.
Ensure that policies and procedures in regard to staff appearance, hygiene
Ability to self-control, patience, and is known for fairness at all time.
To ensure the achievement of training hours to all personnel in the department as per the benchmark for the best guest service.
Ensure that grooming is maintained as per the standards 7 policy of organization.
To ensure that ISO 22000:2005 norms are strictly followed.
Ensure that all team members are treated with respect and dignity.
Establish and monitor cost and expense control systems and procedures to achieve budgeted operating results.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A qualified hotel management graduate or 3 year Hotel Management holder with ample experience in managing daily activities of housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all the guest rooms, offices, restaurants, Banquet halls, and other public areas. Purchase reorder and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory. Ability to work on IDS software.
